Todd Goede
Vice President and General Manager, NerveTape® Operations
Todd Goede joined Axogen in October 2026 as Vice President and General Manager, NerveTape® Operations.
Mr. Goede brings 25 years of medical technology experience spanning operations, research and development, engineering, and general management. Before joining Axogen, he was the COO at BioCircuit and previously led Operations and R&D at Artelon, where he served as the initial site leader following Stryker’s acquisition of the company in 2024. His career includes experience with Johnson & Johnson, RTI Surgical, Stryker, Artelon, BioCircuit, and Axogen across surgical markets including nerve repair, cardiovascular, sports medicine, spine, surgical robotics, and foot and ankle.
Mr. Goede holds an MS in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Florida and an MS in Engineering Management from Florida International University. He serves on the University of Florida Biomedical Engineering Alumni Advisory Board and the University of South Florida Medical Engineering External Advisory Board and previously served on the University of Florida Biomedical Engineering External Advisory Board.
