Paris Dally

Paris Dally serves as Vice President of Operations at Axogen, leading operations, supply chain, manufacturing support functions, and strategic operational initiatives. Since joining Axogen in 2021 as Director of Supply Chain, she has held roles of increasing responsibility, including Vice President of Supply Chain.

Ms. Dally brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in medical device and biologics manufacturing, with expertise spanning supply chain, operations, manufacturing, planning, and organizational transformation. Prior to joining Axogen, she held leadership positions at ConMed Corporation, RTI Surgical, and Stryker Orthopaedics. Ms. Dally holds an MBA from the University of Florida.
